A defined territory
Each franchise is granted an exclusive trading area mapped to local catchment and drive time, so franchisees are not competing with the brand next door.
We license the Little Play format to Western Australian operators and support the build, the opening and every trading week after it.

One format, documented end to end
Layout, play equipment specification, café menu, rostering and party packages arrive as a working system — not a brochure.
Most first-time operators underestimate the café, the party calendar and the compliance load. The Little Play licence hands you all three already solved.
Each franchise is granted an exclusive trading area mapped to local catchment and drive time, so franchisees are not competing with the brand next door.
Opening and closing routines, supervision ratios, cleaning schedules, allergen handling and incident reporting are written down before your first trading day.
Franchisees keep access to the brand team for menu changes, school-holiday campaigns, equipment renewal and the awkward operational questions nobody warns you about.
Play centre economics are decided by square metres. Before a franchisee commits to a tenancy we model the floor: how much soft-play frame the ceiling height allows, where the toddler zone sits relative to sightlines, how many party rooms the weekend calendar can actually fill, and whether the café can serve a full room without a queue reaching the door.
That plan is what the fitout, the equipment order and the staffing roster are all built from — which is why we would rather walk away from a tenancy than force the format into it.
